Kaizn (formerly Max Contact Australia) is a contact centre technology provider that engaged Refract for a complete rebrand and multi-channel rollout — the broadest single-client scope in our portfolio. Every customer-facing touchpoint rebuilt simultaneously under a new identity.

The problem

Kaizn was rebranding from Max Contact with a team of six and one person in marketing. Website, social presence, pitch decks, and sales material all had to ship under the new identity at once — while maintaining continuity for existing clients through the transition.
There was no room for a phased rollout. Every touchpoint had to arrive together: credible, consistent, and ready for market.

What we made

Refract delivered the full rebrand — visual identity, brand strategy, and guidelines — alongside a Webflow website with CMS, social media strategy and assets, and a complete set of pitch decks and sales collateral. One coordinated engagement gave Kaizn's small team a complete brand system from day one.
