Superpower is a personalised health platform valued at US$200 million, using blood biomarker testing to deliver tailored supplement plans. Founded by 24-year-old Australian Max Marchione and backed by a US$30 million raise, Superpower engaged Refract for high-volume performance ad creative to fuel paid acquisition — from wellness-curious Gen Z to health-optimising adults.

The problem

Health and longevity is a category that requires building trust through education, not just conversion. Superpower needed high-quality ad creative at a cadence most startups can't sustain in-house — maintaining brand integrity across awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns targeting adults 35–65.
The brief changed weekly: supplement stack ROI, biomarker education, membership acquisition. Producing at that volume without diluting the brand is a design operations challenge as much as a creative one.

What we made

Refract embedded a dedicated graphic designer into Superpower's weekly production cycle. Each week, the Superpower team delivered Notion briefs; Refract produced concept rounds in Figma, incorporated feedback, and delivered final assets — all within the weekly cadence. Creative spanned full-funnel formats with ongoing brand refinement on tone, colour, and UI screenshot integration.
