Keeyu — Category-Defining Website for Proactive E-Commerce

Keeyu is an AI agent platform for proactive e-commerce operations — reducing "Where is my order?" complaints by up to 90% for brands like EHP Labs, Clutch, and Budgy Smuggler. They engaged Refract to design and build a marketing website that would define and communicate a new category to operations and CX teams trained to think reactively.

Keeyu was defining a new category — proactive e-commerce operations — for an audience that had only ever known reactive helpdesk tools. The website needed to educate buyers on a problem they didn't know they had, demonstrate clear ROI, and convert through a funnel architecture that mirrors B2B SaaS best practice.

The visual language also had to differentiate Keeyu from the crowded helpdesk and CX tool market — positioning it as something fundamentally different.

We designed and built the website with conversion-focused funnel architecture — strategically positioned CTAs throughout the hero, product pages, use cases page, and platform page. Content strategy covered copy development, section hierarchy, and navigation restructuring. Motion design added 15-second animation loops demonstrating the product in action, with automated client logo rotation.
