Goal
Create a scalable, white-label-ready design ecosystem that supports multiple business partners, simplifies financial workflows, and delivers a fast, reliable, and compliant transaction experience for agents, merchants, and administrators.

Designed the POS app for agents, optimizing task flows for speed, clarity, and low-friction cash transactions.
Created the white-label agent app, then successfully repurposed and themed it across multiple client brands while keeping the core UX intact.
Built out the complete back-office UI, including dashboards for super admin, admin, merchant, and agent roles, each with tailored permissions and workflows.
Designed advanced fintech features such as lien management, fraud monitoring flows, partner onboarding, settlement tools, and transaction visibility systems.
Delivered a unified design language that scaled across multiple products, improving operational accuracy and reducing support dependency.
