This project was split into 2 sprints. On the first one, we identified the key steps of the user onboarding flow, including the "Aha-moment" that marks when users fully grasp the value proposition of the platform by linking their existing rituals. Additionally, our objective was to prompt initial user actions, driving them to actively engage with the platform. As part of the onboarding process, users are encouraged to create their first ritual. Our focus was to help users experience the value of Waggle and understand how it can enable them to achieve their goals.
Contrary to popular belief, the primary goal of user onboarding is not to help users become proficient at using a product.
