Colibris helps companies manage their equipment through contractual, financial, usage and environmental data, one module per concern. As freelance product designer, I ran the redesign end to end: kickoff with goals, timeline and budget, a UX phase with a senior product designer, then the UI phase and the style guide. The result was a single Figma file the development team could build from and the business could demo.

Colibris is a SaaS platform that aims to help companies better manage their resources by giving insights on contractual, financial, and usage data as well as the environmental impact of those resources.

The platform is module based. Each module displays metrics and graphs to give insights into a specific resource or a business concern.

Gather the information and resources and express business expectations and needs

Based on specs, define the required process to provide an appropriate solution.

Break the process into work items with time estimation and plan with the dev team.

Deliver a complete Figma file for both the dev team to implement the UI and the business to be able to showcase the app.
