From Bare-Bones Kajabi to Lead-Generating Powerhouse in 14 Days
Vets4Vets helps military veterans navigate one of the most frustrating processes they'll ever face - achieving their rightful 100% VA Disability Rating.
What sets them apart: their founder is a former VA Rater. He's seen the system from the inside. He knows exactly what veterans need to succeed.
By 2024, they had four veteran-focused courses - a $500 flagship program and three ebook courses at $30 each - all built to guide veterans through the VA rating process.
The expertise was there. The content was there. The mission was clear. But their digital presence didn't match any of it.
Vets4Vets found MUHEN in the Kajabi Experts Marketplace in early August 2024 - with a hard deadline looming.
They had a major event in Atlanta scheduled for August 23–26. Two weeks away.
Their Kajabi setup was bare-bones. The sales pages didn't communicate value. There was no clear strategy for presenting their offerings. And without a professional website and sales system in place, they'd walk into that event with no way to capture momentum.
They needed someone who could move fast without cutting corners.
The Work
The first step wasn't design. It was research.
We studied how veterans search for VA disability information and what language actually resonates with them. That research became the foundation for the website, the sales pages, and the copy across every touchpoint.
During the discovery call, we mapped out their full business model and positioned their offerings strategically.
One key move came out of that planning session: bundling all three ebooks at $75, with a promise that buyers would automatically receive free video course upgrades later. It simplified the purchase decision, increased perceived value, and pre-sold a future product - all at once.
From there, we executed across seven workstreams: research, copywriting, design, development, mobile optimization, email marketing, and automation.
We also solved a practical problem. Since the video courses weren't ready yet, we positioned the ebooks as immediate-access products with video upgrades coming later - so Vets4Vets could serve veterans right away while the fuller product was still being built.
The Outcome
Two weeks after the discovery call, Vets4Vets walked into Atlanta with a fully transformed digital presence.
The final system included a professional Kajabi website, four strategic sales pages, seamless checkout with automatic community access, mobile-optimized experiences, and a live email marketing infrastructure.
After the event, we continued building additional funnels and pages to support ongoing lead generation and sales.
The Impact
The original plan was to process direct sales at the event. But something more valuable happened.
The website became a lead generation engine - capturing a substantial list of engaged veterans during and after Atlanta. Instead of one-time transactions, Vets4Vets walked away with an audience they could serve over time.
In the founder's own words:
"My business is more organized and now I finally have a handle on what is needed to establish and grow my Kajabi courses and community."
When asked what they'd tell others considering working with MUHEN, they pointed to the ability to "explain the situation of what needed to happen, what was possible, and provide guidance in the execution of my ideas."
