The Gap

Tristan had a membership offer that was working — but the funnel behind it wasn't doing it justice.
The design didn't reflect his brand. The copy didn't pull people into his world. And the experience felt disconnected from the community he'd already built.
He needed more members. But more than that, he needed a funnel that actually matched the value of what he was offering.

The Work

We started with a deep-dive branding call - getting clear on his audience, his positioning, and what made Yoga Prehab® different from anything else in the market.
From there, we ran a competitor and market analysis. That research shaped the copy direction before a single line was drafted.
Then we moved into copy and design. Tristan's core vision - a world where his members were free from the cycle of pain, injury, and clinic visits - became the essence of every section.
During revisions, Tristan gave me a clear direction: he wanted people to visualize what life inside Yoga Prehab® looked like. So we built that in.
After final design approval, we moved into development. Testing, QA, polish - then launch.

The Outcome

The final funnel connected his positioning, his community, and his buyer path into one clean system.
Copy pulled people into his world before they ever hit a checkout button. Design matched his brand - bright, movement-driven, and alive. And the buyer path ran cleanly from landing page through to membership.
After the membership funnel launched, we moved directly into building a Self-Liquidating Offer funnel for Yoga Prehab®.

The Impact

Results: 800% increase in memberships, 4.5% conversion rate in 1 month.
