Bridging Two Worlds: How I Built a Premium Brand That Turned a Physician into a High-Performance Coach

Dr. Margot Wacks, DO, OBGYN, FACOG, is a board-certified OBGYN who left traditional medicine to solve a problem she kept seeing firsthand.
Women in perimenopause and menopause were falling through the cracks - getting either dismissive medical treatment or unqualified coaching advice. Rarely both, integrated together.
So she built Halcyon Medical Group. A high-ticket six-month program combining her medical expertise with a multidisciplinary team - nutrition specialists, personal trainers, mindset coaches, energy coaches, and personal stylists - addressing six life domains: physical, nutritional, hormonal, mental, spiritual, and relational.
The clinical credentials were there. The holistic vision was there. The framework was transformative.
But her brand and digital presence weren't built to support an $8,500 offer.

The Gap

Dr. Margot found MUHEN in the Kajabi Experts Marketplace in July 2024, caught between two worlds that rarely intersect.
She needed medical authority and credibility to justify an $8,500 price point. But she also needed warmth and approachability for women opening up about deeply vulnerable struggles.
Most menopause coaches leaned too far into soft, vague wellness. Most medical practices were sterile and cold. Neither worked for what she was building.
She described what she needed as "modern with a soft artistic edge" - built around the Halcyon, the kingfisher bird from Greek mythology representing calm, peaceful seas.
Without a cohesive brand and professional website, she couldn't scale. She was manually sending booking links, unable to communicate the premium value of her physician-led approach or attract high-achieving women ready to invest in real transformation.

The Work

We started with discovery - getting clear on what made Dr. Margot's approach fundamentally different from both the medical and coaching worlds.
Her six-domain framework and multidisciplinary team became the positioning anchor: this wasn't general wellness. It was high-performance coaching for women ready to turn midlife transition into their greatest comeback.
The Halcyon symbolism became the creative throughline. In Greek mythology, the kingfisher represents calm after turbulent waters - a precise metaphor for navigating menopause with grace and intention. We built the entire visual identity around it.
The logo: a sleek, circular kingfisher mark. The palette: hazel blue, emerald green, and gold - communicating nature, calm, transformation, and luxury at once. Credible enough for a medical context. Warm enough for vulnerable conversations.
From there, we built her full digital presence on Kajabi. Every page was built to communicate one thing clearly: physician-led, lab-informed, whole-person transformation.
We also handled the full backend. Professional Gmail integration, strategic funnels to nurture leads, and automated systems from payment processing through to client onboarding. Women could discover her work, book a call, enroll, and begin - seamlessly.

The Outcome

Dr. Margot launched with a complete business foundation.
A sophisticated brand identity that worked in both medical and wellness contexts. A professional Kajabi website with clear positioning and integrated booking. Strategic funnels moving leads from interest to enrollment. And automated systems that eliminated the manual work entirely.
The digital experience now matched the premium price point - from first click to enrolled client.

The Impact

Before MUHEN, Dr. Margot was manually sending booking links and struggling to communicate the value of what she'd built.
After launch, she was booking clients directly from her website through systems that ran without her.
The $8,500 program now reads as justified and desirable - positioned clearly as personalized, lab-informed protocols with high-touch lifestyle coaching across six life domains.
