Plusgrade is a SAAS offering several method to create and manage new revenue generating contact points with customers for airlines and cruises companies

I was leading the Solution Engineering team. My work mainly focused on helping existing customers generate more revenue by either integrating, in their system, new products or improving the one they were already using.

The airline industry is using a very complex set of rules and connection points to manage an even more complex system overseeing all necessary actions and items to perform commercial flights, from the marketing, booking system, to the catering directly in the plane.

To help on their constantly changing needs I used daily mySQL and Postman as well as directly looking in the source code to understand and formulate the best answer and solutions to their questions or concerns.
