SightCall is a PAAS offering real-time remote video assistance
I joined the only member of the SightCall team in Asia in a company of 40 people, which grew to 130+ in 2 years. My role primarily focuses on Pre-Sales activities and extends to Customer Success and Customer Support activities.
• Working directly with prospects and customers on improving their processes and solving their issues and limitations through workshops, technical trainings, proof of value, trials and continued support and assistance.
• Technical point of contact and expertise, working on integration (API, mobile and web SDK), partner’s integration and configuration (ex: Salesforce, SAP,etc..), answering RFP and security questionnaires.
• Dealing mainly with the Insurance, Customer Support and Field Service industries but I also had my share of experience in Medical and Bio-Medical equipment, Telecom, Automotive, Banking and Real Estate.
