Temasys is a PAAS for real-time communication and data sharing using WebRTC. I was part of the C++ back end team building and maintaining media relay servers.

In an effort to improve productivity I lead the effort to implement the SCRUM methodology accross the company, and increased the C++ team output by more than 100% by carying both roles of Software Engineer and SCRUM Master
