Atlejé lyktan, LTS, WE-EF and LED Linear
The Brief
Since working with Fagerhult in
2020 I was tasked to oversee all social media channels for Fagerhult UK
including LinkedIn and Instagram (their two most popular)
My Solution
As a communications officer I worked closely with each of the
brands under the Fagerhult umbrella as they developed their product launches, case
studies and marketing plans to create a social media content plan that allowed
us to promote the entirety of the Fagerhult UK offer.
Each quarter we would develop key themes for posts including:
Product, Architecture, Outdoor lighting Thought Leadership and source
material from new launches, case studies and the websites blogs to
When I first came onboard Fagerhult UK only had a Twitter and a
LinkedIn and after doing some research I secured the approval to set up the Fagerhult
UK Instagram outside of the Fagerhult Sweden brand to promote the UK relevant
products and case studies.
I oversaw the community management, answering DM’s and comments,
resharing relevant articles and posts from leading industry experts and keeping
UpToDate on social trends in the industry.
Each quarter I would create an
analytics deck and discuss with the marketing team and CEO what had gone well,
what we should stop doing and how we could improve our reach.
From 2020 – 2021 there was:
a 20.1% increase in engagement and a 33.9% follow increase across Instagram and
a 31.2% increase in engagement and a 23.3% increase in followers across
LinkedIn
