Luxury and simple

Monarch was designed with a clear goal: to redefine luxury in real estate branding. By rejecting the over-the-top gold and cluttered designs commonly seen in the industry, Monarch embraces strict minimalism, elegance, and sophistication. The result is a visual identity that feels expensive without being excessive — a modern, royal aesthetics.

Research

After exploring countless real estate brands, I found most luxury designs to be cluttered and outdated. Monarch became my answer to this challenge: a brand rooted in simplicity and elegance.

Thoughtful minimalism

The logo is a seamless blend of symbols: the letter M, a crown (representing royalty), an arc (symbolizing triumph), and a house. Every detail is sharp and intentional, with no unnecessary elements. It’s a mark of prestige and modernity.
Business Cards: Minimalist layouts with a sharp focus on the logo and typography.
Signage: Clean and professional, ensuring visibility and elegance.

Typo

Using Poppins (sans serif) and Lora (serif), the typography strikes a perfect balance between readability and elegance. This pairing serves both aesthetic and functional purposes, ensuring the brand feels sophisticated and approachable.

When two is enough

The palette is intentionally simple yet luxurious:
Black Coffee: A rich, deep tone for sophistication.
Platinum: A soft, elegant contrast for a touch of refinement.
Together, these colors create a timeless, understated look that exudes class
The brand comes to life across various platforms, from business cards and stationery to outdoor signage and social media. Each application showcases the logo and typography’s adaptability in different contexts
Stationery: Elegant layouts that reflect the brand's sophistication
Outdoor Ads: Eye-catching yet minimalist, designed to grab attention without overwhelming.
Monarch is proof that less is more in luxury branding. It’s a brand where every detail is purposeful, and nothing feels excessive.
