It was a small startup with a lot of enthusiasm and attitude,
A little bit about the company: The company carried out retail shipments from European countries and Turkey to Georgia.
We were a start-up, so time was very important for us, so we started using google desig sprints.
There were already products similar to ours on the market, we started to analyze them, we found the weak and strong points of each one, after that we tried to find ways to solve their problems in order to use them in our product in the future
Also, to speed up the design process, we used already existing design kits, which made the design process at least 3x faster.
Developers were involved with designers at the initial stages of designing because we identified future development problems from the beginning (we also use hot potato methodology)
