I joined the company Fina with the goal of redesigning their product. I first familiarized myself with their business goals, and then began planning my design work. In order to ensure the success of the redesign, I actively used the design thinking methodology, which allowed me to gather comprehensive information about our existing customers. This revealed three key problems, which we then worked to solve with the help of the team. Once we had a solution, we tested it with existing users. The test revealed an unforeseen problem that we had not previously considered. We were able to solve this problem as well, and the redesigned product received positive feedback from customers. Three months after the redesign, Fina was launched in a new country.
