Vivial is a free date planner with an MVP built around the Los Angeles area. My mission? Build a social media strategy + awareness to build legitimacy around the pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases for a six week testing period.

Created a social media strategy to support with the pre-launch of a business concept happening in a dedicated focus group- Los Angeles couples
Focused on relatable date planning pain points to build interest
Incorporated trendy TikTok audios and Instagram Reel formats to maximize reach
Created a consistent posting schedule and pre-planned content pillars (eg. Date Ideas)
Social media management
Manage Vivial's social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok pre-launch

Produced a content launch strategy + developed content for TikTok and Instagram
Community management

Challenges
Building brand awareness from scratch with no existing audience
Solution: Used community engagement tactics like connecting to LA couples' content, using niche hashtags, curating strategic content
Learnings
Story content, current events, and connecting to the LA community helped warm up followers for launch
With additional resourced time, I'd suggest involving the team with content production (eg. founder stories)
