Project Description:

I was brought on to improve a company’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The company was struggling with low engagement and needed a new approach. I began by reviewing their current social media strategies and analyzing customer feedback to identify key areas for change.

I handled customer interactions and complaints across platforms like Trust Pilot, Yelp, and Google, making sure each issue was resolved quickly and effectively. By developing a fresh content strategy and actively engaging with followers, I was able to boost the company’s brand image and increase positive feedback.

I also set up a system for gathering and analyzing customer feedback, which informed strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and customer retention. This hands-on approach resulted in higher engagement rates and a more positive online presence for the company.
