Bringing warmth & clarity to BarBailèn’s set menu offering

BarBailèn, “el nuevo bar de siempre”, needed a way to present their set menu pricing and group offers clearly and professionally to potential clients. They already had a a brand identity reflected in the physical space, but didn't yet have any digital presentation materials, making it harder for them to convert enquiries into bookings as a recently launched business in competitive Barcelona.
Without a well-designed presentation, they risked losing out on group reservations and events: opportunities that are vital for steady revenue. A cluttered or inconsistent visual approach could create confusion or weaken first impressions, undermining the care they put into their menu, space, and service.
At Studio Ayl we stepped in to design a clean, visually engaging presentation aligned with the beautiful brand identity created by Pablo Fernández del Castillo Garibay. The new design made their offering clear, appealing, and unmistakably “BarBailèn.” The result?

A small change with a big impact, that continues to support BarBailèn in turning interest into bookings, and first-time customers into loyal regulars.
We took advantage of the brand colour palette to create a colour-coded system for breakfast, lunch and dinner group booking packages, helping to divide the sections clearly. The colours were then repeated across internal pages for each menu, for clarity.
Because BarBailèn is a local bar, speaking 3 languages, we created a templated version of the presentation so they could update pricing and languages as needed.
