The project consited of creating an informative landing page for retirees of Stellantis, to improve their access to "ClicVCG," a program designed to facilitate vehicle research and ordering for both active and retired employees of Stellantis.
This landing page serves as a portal where retirees can easily obtain necessary information and guidance on utilizing the program effectively.
What are Stellantis & clicvcg ?
Stellantis is a global automaker and mobility provider, formed through the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and PSA Group. It encompasses a wide range of iconic automotive brands.
"ClicVCG" is an initiative by Stellantis to simplify the process of vehicle selection and purchase for its employees and retirees, ensuring they receive the best possible offers and services tailored to their needs.
Pain Points
Before the development of this landing page, there was a noticeable lack of awareness about the "ClicVCG" program among Stellantis' retirees.
The main challenges included:
Complex access to the existing "ClicVCG" platform.
Limited visibility of Stellantis retiree’s associations able to effectively communicate the benefits of the program.
Difficulty navigating and retrieving relevant information due to multiple sources and websites (Forum, facebook groups, whatsApp groups).
Design Process
I led the design process for the Clic-vgc platform for Stellantis, focusing on the specific needs of Stellantis retirees through in-depth research into retiree associations.
Research and Analysis:
User Research and Persona Development:
Workshops and surveys were used to identify the main user groups and their specific needss, focusing on retirees and administrators of retiree associations.
Accessibility and Design:
We developed a platform with an intuitive layout, high contrast colors for better readability, clear calls-to-action, and visually appealing graphics to guide users through the site.
Feature Implementation: The site features included an onboarding section explaining how to use "ClicVCG," a directory of associated retiree associations, a newsletter sign-up, and a blog with the latest news and events.
Design:
Despite the progress and positive feedback received, the project is currently awaiting deployment. Below are key points summarizing the project's current status:
Design Validation
The design was successfully validated by the client and a panel of end-users, who confirmed that it meets the needs and preferences of the target audience effectively.
User Testing & Deployment status:
Tests were run, involving retirees and administrators of retiree associations to gather actionable feedback.
Feasibility tests were also carried out by the development team to ensure that the design specifications could be technically implemented without compromising performance.
Although the project has received the green light from all testing phases, deployment has been put on hold.
Conclusion
The decision to delay the launch was taken due to a number of factors specific to the Stellantis Group.
The project team remains committed to revisiting the deployment of the "ClicVCG" landing page as soon as it becomes feasible and aligned with corporate priorities.
