How to celebrate 50 years of irreverent design in a way that speaks to today?
A global 50th-anniversary createch activation for Camper, executed across 43 top stores worldwide. We engineered three unique IoT installations including LED bars, a transparent screen, and a mini bridge, that brought the "50 Years Young." campaign claim to life. Customers interact by scanning a QR code near the object, instantly sending a private message for real-time display on the physical installation.

Camper Mini Bridge Production and Launch
My scope of work: own the project end-to-end: from industrial sourcing and prototyping through serial manufacturing, creative & software development, and global rollout. Lead on-site installation in Paris flagship, producing deployment guidelines for all 43 stores in 8 countries, and handing remote software setup internationally. Budget set-up and cost direction and control over the full project.
