In this project, I aimed to enhance employee engagement in a fast-growing startup with 80 employees by developing a structured, long-term strategy. The goal was to boost employee morale, increase productivity, and improve retention rates through tailored initiatives.

Initial Assessment: Conducted comprehensive surveys and interviews with employees to understand engagement levels, challenges, and feedback on the existing work environment. Key concerns included limited career development, communication gaps, and the need for better recognition.

Performance Management System (PMS): Implemented a new PMS to monitor and guide individual performance, ensuring that employees have clear expectations and can track their progress. The PMS allowed managers to provide continuous feedback, set clear goals, and align them with the company’s broader objectives, creating a stronger connection between employee roles and the startup's mission.

Customized Engagement Plan: Based on the assessment results, developed an engagement plan focused on recognition programs, flexible working options, and career development workshops. The PMS helped measure the impact of these initiatives on performance and engagement levels.

Workshops and Feedback Loops: Introduced workshops for leadership development, mental health, and team-building activities, supported by regular feedback loops facilitated through the PMS. This continuous feedback between management and employees fostered a culture of open dialogue.
