In this project, I designed and implemented an executive coaching program tailored for senior leaders within a technology firm. The program focused on enhancing leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking. I conducted initial assessments to identify individual strengths and areas for growth, followed by personalized coaching sessions that incorporated feedback and goal-setting. By fostering open communication and accountability, the program resulted in a measurable improvement in leadership effectiveness, with participants reporting increased confidence and improved team dynamics. The success of this initiative not only enhanced individual performance but also contributed to a more cohesive organizational culture.
