Through stakeholder interviews and analysis of current practices, I identified key areas for improvement. I developed new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and introduced a continuous feedback mechanism to replace annual reviews. The new system was successfully adopted, leading to enhanced employee performance tracking and increased opportunities for professional development, ultimately driving better patient care outcomes.
