PS Club Game Club App

PS Club is a mobile app for game clubs and the Gen Z players who hang out in them. It covers the whole visit, from scanning a QR code at the console to paying at the end, across three connected apps for players, staff and venue owners. 240 screens in light and dark themes.

A night at a game club can still mean a paper sign-up, a staff member watching the clock and a messy split at the counter. I wanted the visit to feel as quick as the games. Scan & Start turns a QR code into a live session timer, snacks are ordered from the seat, and Pay & Earn lets friends split the bill and collect points they can spend at any member venue. Behind the counter, the staff app keeps every station, order and session in view, and the owner app turns the same data into a picture of the business. The visual language is built on Manrope and 60+ Phosphor icons, designed to read clearly in a dark room and in daylight alike.
