As a Product Design Intern at Uber, I navigated a fast-paced environment, leading the redesign of the earner payments onboarding process. With a special emphasis on refining the banking account onboarding experience, I ensured drivers received their earnings within 14 days, aligning with Uber's commitment to prompt payments.
Mapped the user funnel and led design sessions to brainstorm on user problems within this funnel, devising new solutions to address pain points.
Customized forms for 8 selected countries, incorporating native language elements and streamlining the process to reduce drop-offs.
Enhanced the interstitial screen to provide crucial information upfront, reducing drop-off rates and increasing driver confidence.
Implemented the address autocomplete feature, resulting in a 17% increase in completion rates and ensuring accurate data entry.
Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with vision and strategy, meeting business objectives and exceeding expectations.
