Teneo Dashboard | Product Design

The Teneo Protocol Dashboard is an all-in-one platform designed to help users manage activities, track rewards, and access essential tools within the Teneo Protocol ecosystem. The goal of this project was to translate Teneo’s existing brand identity into a functional, intuitive product experience that supports both new and experienced users as they engage with the protocol.

Teneo Protocol entered the project with a strong existing brand and a rapidly growing ecosystem. The need was for a centralized, scalable dashboard that could support increasing user participation without redefining the brand.

The challenge was to extend Teneo’s established visual and tonal identity into a clear, trustworthy product experience, while simplifying complex protocol data and encouraging long-term engagement.

The final design brings together multiple features—activity tracking, rewards, referrals, leaderboards, and community tools—into a single, cohesive interface that feels clear, efficient, and aligned with Teneo’s vision.

The dashboard supports both light and dark mode, with dark mode added to match the usage habits of target users.

The sign in and sign up flow is designed to be fast and frictionless.

It minimizes steps, reinforces trust through brand consistency, and helps users onboard quickly.

The Dashboard serves as the user’s home base.

The layout prioritizes scannability, allowing users to understand their standing at a glance without digging through multiple pages.

Agent Insights gives users visibility into their AI Agent’s activity by maintaining a high-level record of actions and usage, along with a secure log of browsed content.

It also provides quick access to download the Chrome extension, reminding users to install and activate their agent.

The Rewards feature is the core motivational engine of the product.

It helps users track earned and pending rewards and communicates how rewards are generated.

Visual progress elements were used to make rewards feel tangible and actionable, reinforcing a sense of momentum and achievement.

The Referrals enable users to invite others to the protocol, supporting organic growth within the Teneo ecosystem.

The design focuses on clarity and ease of sharing, reducing friction for users who want to participate.

The Leaderboard highlights top contributors within the community. It was designed to feel motivating rather than intimidating.

The Profile section allow users to manage account information and preferences.

The design keeps this area clean and minimal, prioritizing clarity and ease.

Help & FAQs provides access to the FAQ database and a direct way for users to contact Teneo for additional support.

In addition to the dashboard, I also designed the Teneo Chrome extension, ensuring a consistent experience between the browser-level agent and the core product.

This project reinforced that strong product design is about restraint. By staying true to the brand and designing around real user behavior, the dashboard simplifies complex protocol interactions into an experience that’s clear, usable, and built to scale.
