Redesign and develop the website to modernize and give Thunder Compute a distinct, tech-forward branding that stands out from traditional cloud providers.
Thunder Compute provides instant, one-click GPU instances with industry-leading pricing. Developers can spin up A100s directly in VS Code within seconds—no contracts, no setup overhead, and up to 80% cheaper than AWS. Thunder Compute makes high-performance GPU compute fast, accessible, and straightforward.
The Challenge
Thunder Compute needed a website that reflected the raw speed and developer-first simplicity of its platform. The previous site didn’t fully showcase the product’s core advantages nor did it express a strong visual identity. The goal was to modernize the site and give Thunder Compute a distinct, tech-forward feel that stands out from traditional cloud providers.
The Design Direction
ASCII elements reflect raw computing, deep-tech culture, and a connection to core developer workflows.
The gradient beam symbolizes speed, focus, and forward energy—reinforcing Thunder Compute’s promise of instant, powerful GPU access.
Together, these elements create a visual identity that blends raw compute power with a futuristic, high-performance edge.
A Distinct Visual Identity — The branding direction gives Thunder Compute a recognizable, tech-forward personality. Supporting assets were designed to extend the new visual direction across Thunder Compute’s marketing channels.
