MCC is a Media & Communication Club in Vietnam that provides and keeps up-to-date Marketing, PR, Communication,.. campaigns, case studies and knowledge.

For 90 days, I was doing the work of a Vice Social Media Manager on Facebook platform that includes creating content strategy, content plan, content writing, graphic content and acceptance of the project.

Initial lack of content strategy for mentality workshop

Struggling to grow followers and engagement in a short time

Challenges in increase reach and participants to the workshop

Develop a 1-month content strategy and running ads on Facebook resulting in a 200+ followers, +26k increase in reach & +18k engagement number for total posts

Led an offline + online workshop/ webinar that resulted in +1k in organic reach

Managed daily posts to appeal and provide information for target audiences

In less than 5 days, we were able to get the strategy and the content ready to go for a relaunch 🤯

Once all ideas were there and organized, I started dividing tasks for co-workers, setting deadlines and creating contents for the workshop

I created for MCC 2 type of posts: graphic design posts and carousels. With education page, these two give the best engaging result by diving in depth about the topics and giving fully information for audiences.

After the Workshop, MCC has met a great result in meeting all the goals and gaining more engagement and reputation through the meaningful workshop.
