The challenge

Matric and FSc students in Punjab study from thick textbooks, often on a phone with slow data, and most free help online is full of ads or built around memorising. Many students study in Urdu or think in Roman Urdu, yet most resources are English only. We wanted one calm place where a student picks a year, picks a subject and learns one topic at a time, with every lesson following the current PECTAA books.

What we built

A mobile-first learning site for Class 9, Class 10, First Year and Second Year, Punjab board.
Year and subject hubs: pick your year, then a subject, then one topic at a time.
Lessons in three languages: English, Urdu and Roman Urdu, switchable on every page, with proper right-to-left Urdu and formulas kept left-to-right.
Interactive widgets and practice questions inside each lesson.
Notes posts aligned to the current PECTAA books, filterable by class and subject.
No ads, no sign-up needed to read an open lesson, and an "Add to home screen" option so it opens like an app.
A feedback form so students can tell the team what to teach or fix next.

The 7-step learning journey

Every open lesson follows the same seven steps, in order, with "Why?" explanations built into the lesson so the student understands the reason, not only the answer. (The "Why" lines below explain the purpose of each step.)
Read: the idea from the book, starting with a real problem. Why: a question gives the student a reason to care before the definition.
Terms: the key words, explained simply. Why: you cannot follow a topic until its words make sense.
Interactive: a widget to see the idea happen. Why: seeing a trend move sticks longer than reading it.
Examples: worked examples, step by step. Why: watching the method once makes the practice possible.
Traps: the common mistakes. Why: knowing where marks are lost is how you stop losing them.
Practice: questions with instant feedback. Why: answering yourself shows what you really know.
Summary: the topic on one screen. Why: a short recap is what you revise the night before the exam.

Three languages

English, Urdu (right-to-left) and Roman Urdu. The same practice question appears in all three, for example "Which atom has the largest radius?" / "کس atom کا radius سب سے بڑا ہے؟" / "Kis atom ka radius sab se bara hai?"

Notes and lessons aligned to the current PECTAA books

Lessons and notes follow the current PECTAA books and syllabus, with page or section references from the book inside lessons.

Scale today

265 lesson pages are listed in the live sitemap (Class 9: 114, Class 10: 48, First Year: 62, Second Year: 41), plus 41 notes posts. Source: https://boringeducation.com/sitemap.xml, read on 15 Oct 2026.
