The Challenge

Shahid manufactures skincare serums and supplements but sold only through distributors and resellers — losing margin, brand control, and the customer relationship. Going direct-to-consumer in Pakistan's beauty market has one big obstacle: trust.
Customers fear counterfeit beauty products and need strong authenticity signals.
Buyers overwhelmingly prefer cash on delivery over prepaid checkout.
The brand needed to look as premium as international skincare labels to justify its pricing.
