UX/UI Design for Aurat Aroma: SaaS Platform & Website

Aurat Aroma is a wellness-tech company that blends neuroscience with scent therapy to help users improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. They approached us with a need to design two key digital products from the ground up:

A SaaS web application for internal and client-side use — to manage users, scent profiles, recommendations, and usage data.

A marketing website to introduce the brand, explain the science behind the product, and drive user engagement and sign-ups.

The main challenge was to create a calm, elegant, and intuitive user experience that would convey scientific credibility while maintaining a lifestyle/wellness feel.

We took full ownership of the UX/UI design process for both platforms.

SaaS Web App: Designed an admin and analytics platform used by scent specialists and business clients. The product included dashboards, user segmentation tools, personalized scent planning flows, and usage tracking.

Marketing Website: Built a modern, responsive website focused on storytelling, visual clarity, and conversion. It communicates the product’s scientific foundation while remaining approachable to everyday users.

All designs were created in Figma with a reusable component library to support scaling and future iterations.

Discovery & Research: Workshops to define user personas, platform structure, and product logic.

UX Flows & Wireframes: Mapped out key screens and user flows for both SaaS platform and website.

UI Design & System: Developed a cohesive and scalable UI with soft colors, elegant typography, and intuitive layouts.

Design Handoff: Delivered dev-ready files and supported the development process via Slack and Notion-based documentation.

Successfully launched two products with a unified design system
