Project description:
Exxas is a B2B SaaS platform that helps energy providers and infrastructure operators optimize, manage, and analyze power distribution and data.
The platform needed a clean, scalable, and developer-friendly interface that could handle complex workflows — from grid data visualization to user & subscription management.
🧩 Our responsibilities & contribution
1. UX & Component Audit
We began by analyzing user flows and interface requirements to define all necessary UI states and patterns — across dashboard, tables, graphs, alerts, modals, and settings.
2. Design System Creation
We built a fully modular design system in Figma, including:
Typography & spacing scale
Color tokens (dark/light modes)
Buttons, tags, badges, inputs, tooltips
State-driven components (loading, success, error)
Table/grid variations & filters
Data visualization elements (charts, metrics, indicators)
The system was built to be atomic, reusable, and expandable — to support future feature growth and developer scalability.
3. UI Design & Layouts
We designed key sections of the product including:
Dashboard overview
User and team settings
Subscription & billing
Alerts / logs
Data management flows
4. Developer handoff
We structured the Figma file to be developer-friendly:
All components are named with dev logic in mind
Auto-layout, constraints & variants used throughout
Interactive prototypes for key flows
Dev notes + Inspect-friendly layer organization
