UX/UI Design for MySmartObject's Digital Ecosystem

Project Name: MySmartObject Services: UX/UI Design for Mobile App, Web App & Marketing Website Industry: IoT / Smart Devices

The client approached us with a vision: to build a seamless digital experience around their IoT product — MySmartObject. They needed three key components:

A mobile app for end-users to control and monitor smart devices.

A web app for more advanced users and admins to manage devices and access analytics.

A marketing website to clearly present the product, its benefits, and drive new signups.

The challenge was to ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms while tailoring each interface to its specific user context and goals.

We started with a deep dive into the product ecosystem, user roles, and usage scenarios. Then we designed:

Mobile App (iOS & Android): A lightweight, intuitive interface for everyday users. It includes device control, usage stats, and real-time notifications.

Web App: A robust, responsive dashboard designed for desktop — optimized for managing larger device fleets, viewing historical data, and admin control.

Website: A clean, modern marketing site aimed at explaining the product, building trust, and guiding users toward trying the app.

Our team handled all UX/UI design work in Figma, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups. We worked in close sync with the development team to ensure a smooth design handoff.
