Developed clear role scorecards and evaluation rubrics for engineers, designers, and GTM hires
Conducted candidate outreach, screening, and top-tier interview scheduling
Collaborated with the CEO to identify team gaps and build an org structure roadmap
Hired 5+ key team members within 60 days (including Founding Engineer & Marketing Lead)
