Prefect Summit 2025 was the company’s flagship virtual event, designed to engage data engineering and DevOps leaders. I served as the project manager and lead marketer, owning end-to-end planning, promotion, and execution.
My Role & Contributions
Campaign Strategy:
Developed the promotion plan, mapped audience segments, and built registration flow.
Content & Creative:
Wrote and designed all social posts, newsletters, and website copy.
Logistics & Execution:
Managed platform setup, scheduling, and cross-team coordination for a seamless live experience.
Post-Event Engagement:
Created dedicated landing pages to host on-demand videos, ensuring ongoing engagement and lead flow beyond the event.
Impact
Drove strong attendance from Prefect’s ICP (target developers + data engineers).
Established a repeatable model for future virtual events.
Generated a library of evergreen, on-demand content that continues to deliver pipeline value.
