TidyCal to GoHighLevel CRM Sync | Zapier & Google Sheets

Every booking was a small chore. someone gets a TidyCal notification, opens the CRM, types the details in, then goes hunting for the next one. do that all week and it adds up fast
The team taking these bookings had three problems. every booking had to be copied into the CRM by hand. when someone booked a second time, the CRM often ended up with a duplicate contact instead of one updated record. and outside the calendar, there was no clean record of who booked what
I developed a Zapier automation that fixes all three. the moment a new TidyCal booking comes in, the Zap runs. it checks LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). if the contact exists, it updates the record. if not, it creates one. so repeat bookers stay one contact, not 2
Same moment, the booking details get logged into a Google Sheet. so there’s a running record of every meeting, outside the calendar and outside the CRM, ready to filter or share
It’s the kind of automation nobody notices when it works. that’s the point. the team stopped retyping bookings and the CRM stopped filling up with doubles
Skills used... Zapier automation, CRM automation, API integration, business process automation. Tools: Zapier, TidyCal, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), Google Sheets
Same pattern works with Calendly, Cal.com or Acuity feeding any CRM. if your meetings still get typed in by hand, that’s fixable
