then nothing happens. the lead just sits in GoHighLevel until someone remembers to export a CSV and drag it into the newsletter tool

that gap is exactly where this project lives

the team was capturing leads through GoHighLevel forms and sending their newsletter through Beehiiv. two solid tools, no bridge between them. subscribers got added by hand or through CSV exports, so some landed late and some never made it at all

I developed the bridge. a GoHighLevel workflow fires the second someone submits a form and sends their details to a Zapier webhook. Zapier catches it and adds the person to Beehiiv as a subscriber. no export, no copy-paste, no “did anyone add the new ones?”

it’s a small automation and honestly that’s the point. it runs quietly in the background and fixes a leak most teams don’t even know they have.

the same pattern works for other setups too: a landing page, any form, any lead source feeding Beehiiv, Mailchimp or Kit. wherever your leads start, they start getting your emails without anyone moving a list by hand.
