Instagram to Pinterest Auto-Pinner | Make Automation

this one started with a very normal problem. a team posting on Instagram regularly, and Pinterest quietly falling behind

not because they didn’t care. pinning by hand is just the easiest job to skip. every post meant creating a pin manually and reformatting the text into the right fields so it didn’t look messy. when things get busy, that’s the first thing that drops

so I developed a Make scenario that does it for them. new post lands in the Instagram RSS feed → the scenario triggers → multiple text parsers clean and split the content into the right fields → a Pinterest pin gets created. nobody touches it

the parsers were the real work. a raw feed item isn’t shaped like a pin, so the quality of every pin depends on how well that content gets formatted. the trigger is easy. the parsing is what makes the pins look right

post once on Instagram, Pinterest stays updated. same pattern works for a blog feed or any other content source
