AI Voice Agent for Lead Calls & Appointment Booking (Make)

so this one started with a boring problem, honestly. an agency was getting leads, ads working, site working, and then losing them at the phone. calls at 7pm. calls while the team’s in a meeting. and every reschedule or cancellation eating someone’s morning

you paid for the lead. then nobody picked up. that’s the bit that bugged me.

so I developed an AI voice agent that covers both sides, inbound and outbound calls. it books the appointment, reschedules it, cancels it. and when the caller’s answer needs a next step, the automation runs from what they said. nobody typing it into a sheet afterwards

the whole flow runs on Make.com. call comes in, agent talks, the outcome triggers the next action. I also developed the agency’s landing page and attached the voice agent to the website, so it works on the site and not only on the phone.

one honest thing: it handles the routine calls. book, move, cancel. odd or sensitive calls still belong to a human, so that’s how I scope it with the client first
