This one started with a studio that had already done the hard part right
they were running on Booksy. visit reminders and confirmations, all automatic. but nobody was watching the quieter problem: clients who just stop booking. no complaint, no cancellation. they drift off, and you only notice when the diary looks thin
so I designed the next layer. as the automation architect, I mapped how the client base moves out of Booksy into n8n, where every client gets sorted by last visit and by service type. that second part matters. someone who books a facial and someone who books a lash refill don’t come back on the same schedule, so one generic “we miss you” text to everyone is a weak message. win-back timing follows each service’s own cycle
The bit I like most... high-value clients don’t get a text, they get a follow-up call. the workflow triggers it automatically. your best clients should hear a human voice. then results feed back into the segments, so the lists stay current instead of going stale.
To be straight with you, this is a solution design, delivered as a fully mapped workflow and ready to build. it’s not a live system yet.
Skills... solution architecture, business process automation, CRM and marketing automation
Tools... n8n, Booksy, CRM segmentation, messaging automation
got a salon or studio with quiet gaps in the diary? this is the blueprint
