Yage Collections is a collections platform for small business, built to help merchants get paid rather than make payments.
I led it end to end: user research, brand, UI/UX design and front-end development. Thirty interviews with owners and finance teams showed that the real problem wasn’t payments but everything around them.
Merchants reconciled bank accounts by hand every week, their customers hesitated to pay through unbranded links, and they lost hours juggling currencies. The answer was one dashboard where every account, every branded payment link and every currency lives in the same place.
A customer can now pay through a single QR link in four steps, and nothing in the product sits more than two clicks deep. Every flow was designed twice, giving 160 screens across desktop and mobile.
I then built the front end of the dashboard and landing page myself, so what shipped matches what was designed.
