While employed at Influence Central, a boutique influencer marketing agency, I was selected to conduct an Influencer Talent Search for Mane Club NYC's line of haircare products. The objective was to identify Gen-Z content creators who embodied the fun, fresh, and vibrant style of the brand's packaging.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Conducted extensive research to identify and pitch potential Gen-Z influencers who aligned with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
Campaign Development: Successfully sourced three content creators who were selected to participate in Mane Club NYC's summertime Instagram campaign.
Community Building: Identified additional Gen-Z influencers who were invited to join Influence Central's talent community, enhancing our roster of young talent.

Outcome

The campaign was a significant success, with all selected influencers producing high-quality content that resonated with the target audience. The client expressed satisfaction with the results, noting the positive impact on their brand visibility and engagement.
