Kotarka, a Dalmatian fresh produce company, wanted to rebrand themselves and expand as one of the top providers of fresh produce for a national supermarket chain. The goal was to create an innovative brand identity system that spoke to their heritage while aligning with their modern technology and values.



Project Details 🤝

The main challenge was creating a design that could be universally used for all types of fresh produce, not just tomatoes - their primary focus. The design had to ensure recognition but also needed to lower overall costs during production as the carton boxes would eventually be thrown out or recycled. To overcome these challenges, I created a dynamic branding system that allows them to grow in the future while keeping costs down now.



Results ✨

The primary goal was achieved by creating new branding on carton boxes which helped set Kotarka apart from competitors and align with their values. They now have the option of expanding beyond tomatoes without needing an entire rebranding project because the design is universal enough for all types of produce. The client saved money on production costs thanks to my strategic approach.



Conclusion 💥

I successfully delivered an innovative brand identity system that allowed Kotarka's business to grow while saving money on production costs.
