Excess Flow: a lost travel website recovered

A travel agency in Akure, Nigeria, that lost its website. The host changed hands, the live domain served an empty WordPress install, and the only surviving copy of the site was a year old backup file.
What I did
Recovered the full site from a WPvivid backup and restored it live
Rebuilt the Elementor and Astra structure around the real service list
Visa, tours, flights and booking pages structured for enquiries
A redesign delivered as three directions for the agency to choose from
The hard part
Verification. A domain that answers normally is not proof a restore worked, because an empty install answers exactly the same way. The restore was only signed off once the title, theme and page content on the live site matched the backup.
Where it stands
The restored site has been live since September 2026. The screens here are from the redesign direction the agency chose.
