During my time at SmartSweets, I was largely in charge of helping manage our social media platforms with a combined 750,000 followers. This included monitoring and responding to direct messages and comment sections, tracking and reporting on consumer sentiments, interacting with our paid and non-paid partners, and working directly with our Content and Influencer Teams to create content and plan launches. While doing all of this, I helped refine and maintain the SmartSweets brand voice.
