Creating a Social Presence with Unsworth Storage 🔐

I worked with a local storage business in Chilliwack for six months to help create a brand presence on social media without the use of paid ads. Previously, the only posts made on Unsworth's Facebook and Instagram accounts were for holiday closures or paid meta ads.

We worked together to find the brand voice, focusing on maintaining the family-owned feel. We found what posts were received well by the community, and we were able to gain an increase in community interactions.

I managed their accounts through the Meta Business Suite and was in charge of helping to create content, edit photos and videos, and maintain a posting schedule. I helped create graphics for any holiday closures and added a new type of content of graphics to their page. Additionally, I helped monitor any comments sections and DMs as needed.

During the six-month contract, I was able to help grow their social media presence on Facebook and Instagram and increased the community interaction by over 300% without the use of ads.
