Objectives
NavigatED, an online parental support service by CEO Gail Angus, offers a framework to help parents cope with emotional challenges. This is achieved via content, digital courses, talks, and coaching. The aim is to empower parents in raising struggling children. Gail is now seeking client attraction and branding strategies.
Results
The development of the brand strategy involved considering business goals, defining problems and proposing solutions, understanding the audience and creating personas, and analyzing competitors. After determining these factors, I crafted a consistent brand image that appealed to a youthful and family-oriented audience, thus captivating clients. Mockups of collateral and other assets were created as an example of possible expansion for the branding.
