LearnFlow — Kajabi Online Course & Learning Platform Website

Short Preview

A modern Kajabi education platform designed for course creators, coaches, and educators to sell online courses, build memberships, grow communities, and deliver premium learning experiences.

LearnFlow — Kajabi Education & Online Course Platform

Overview

LearnFlow is a modern education and online learning platform concept designed around the capabilities of Kajabi.
The goal was to create a polished digital experience for course creators, educators, coaches, consultants, and knowledge-based businesses that want to turn their expertise into an engaging online learning business.
Rather than creating a traditional academic website, I designed LearnFlow as a complete Kajabi website experience that connects content discovery, online courses, learning paths, memberships, community, coaching, digital products, and conversion-focused pages into one cohesive experience.
The design focuses on one core principle:
Make a sophisticated learning platform feel simple to use.

The Challenge

Online education websites can quickly become overwhelming.
Course libraries, memberships, coaching programs, communities, digital downloads, pricing, student dashboards, and learning content can create a complicated user experience if they aren't organized properly.
For LearnFlow, the challenge was to create a Kajabi website design that could support a growing education business while keeping the interface:
Simple
Easy to navigate
Conversion-focused
Professional
Scalable
Visually engaging
Easy for students to understand
The experience needed to work for both the customer/student and the course creator/business owner.

The Solution

I designed LearnFlow as a complete Kajabi online course platform experience, covering the journey from discovering a course to completing lessons and tracking learning progress.
The system includes:

Course Discovery

A structured course catalog allows learners to discover courses by:
Category
Skill level
Duration
Rating
Topic
Learning path
Course cards provide the most important information at a glance without overwhelming the user.

Online Courses

The course experience is designed around Kajabi's course structure, including:
Modules
Lessons
Video content
Written content
Downloadable resources
Quizzes
Progress tracking
Course completion
Certificates
Kajabi Courses support multimedia lessons, modules, quizzes, downloadable files, drip content, paywalls, certificates, comments, and live sessions.

Student Learning Experience

The Student Dashboard gives learners a central place to manage their learning journey.
It includes:
Active courses
Course progress
Continue learning
Learning streak
Completed courses
Certificates
Recommended courses
Learning activity
The goal was to make the answer to “What should I do next?” immediately visible.
The classroom interface then provides a focused environment for watching lessons, navigating modules, accessing resources, completing quizzes, and tracking course completion.

Learning Paths

Instead of forcing users to choose individual courses, LearnFlow introduces Learning Paths.
For example:
Product Designer Track
→ Design Fundamentals → UX Research → Wireframing → UI Design → Prototyping → Portfolio Project
This creates a structured learning experience while giving course creators an opportunity to package multiple educational products into a more valuable customer journey.

Kajabi Membership Experience

The platform was also structured with Kajabi Memberships in mind.
Members can gain ongoing access to:
Premium courses
Learning paths
Resources
Community content
Coaching experiences
Exclusive educational material
This makes the platform suitable for creators who want to move beyond one-time course sales toward a recurring membership model.

Kajabi Community

A potential Kajabi Community experience was considered as part of the wider product ecosystem.
The community experience can support:
Member discussions
Announcements
Channels
Events
Challenges
Member engagement
Progress and accountability
Kajabi Communities currently support feeds, chats, DMs, live video, events, challenges, resources, member directories, and leaderboards.
This allows the learning experience to continue beyond the individual course.

Coaching Experience

LearnFlow also considers Kajabi Coaching as an extension of the learning platform.
For higher-ticket programs, users could move from self-paced courses into:
1:1 coaching
Group coaching
Scheduled sessions
Client resources
Progress tracking
Live sessions
Kajabi's Coaching product supports 1:1 and group coaching, scheduling, live video, session management, agendas, resources, and client progress.

Conversion-Focused Kajabi Website

The public-facing website was designed to function as more than an information website.
It creates a clear journey:
Discover → Explore → Learn → Enroll → Complete → Continue
The homepage introduces the platform, while dedicated course pages, learning paths, pricing, resources, and instructor pages provide additional conversion opportunities.
The structure is compatible with the broader Kajabi website, landing page, and funnel ecosystem, where website pages, landing pages, and funnel pages can be used for different parts of the customer journey.

Visual Design

The visual direction combines:
Modern SaaS + EdTech + Kajabi
I used:
A clean neutral foundation
Green accent color
Rounded cards
Soft shadows
Glassmorphism
Floating navigation
Sticky header
Strong typography
Progress indicators
Course thumbnails
Data visualization
Generous whitespace
The floating glassmorphic header keeps navigation accessible while maintaining a lightweight visual presence.
The interface intentionally avoids excessive text and instead uses cards, metrics, progress indicators, visual hierarchy, and clear calls to action.

Key Screens

The project includes a complete multi-page experience covering:
Public Experience
Homepage
Course catalog
Course details
Learning paths
Instructor profiles
Resources
Blog
Pricing
Contact

Kajabi Strategy

The design was structured around the idea of using Kajabi as an all-in-one platform for knowledge businesses.
Instead of separating the website, course platform, marketing, payments, community, and customer experience into disconnected systems, the concept brings those touchpoints together.
The broader Kajabi ecosystem includes Courses, Coaching, Communities, Memberships, Downloads, Newsletters, Podcasts, Offers, landing pages, email marketing, automations, payments, and analytics.
This makes the concept suitable for:
Online course creators
Coaches
Educators
Consultants
Trainers
Membership businesses
Digital product creators
Personal brands
Knowledge-based businesses

My Role

Product Designer / Web Designer
I focused on:
UX architecture
Website structure
UI design
Kajabi website strategy
Course platform UX
Student dashboard design
Instructor dashboard design
Responsive design
Conversion-focused layouts
Design system
Component consistency
Learning experience design

Outcome

The result is a modern Kajabi-focused learning platform concept that demonstrates how an education business can combine content, courses, memberships, community, coaching, and digital products into a cohesive digital experience.
Rather than making the interface feel complicated, the design uses progressive disclosure, visual hierarchy, reusable components, concise content, and clear navigation to make a feature-rich platform feel approachable.

Tools & Skills

For the Contra project tags, I'd use relevant tags such as:
Kajabi · Web Design · UI/UX Design · Website Design · UX Design · Responsive Web Design · SaaS Design · Education · E-learning · Online Course Website · Course Platform · Membership Website · LMS · Landing Page Design · Dashboard Design · Design Systems · Figma · No-Code · Conversion Rate Optimization
And if this was actually implemented in Kajabi, add the relevant Kajabi-specific implementation skills. If it was only designed as a concept/prototype, keep Kajabi positioned as the platform the experience was designed for rather than claiming an implementation you didn't do.
