Goal

The main objective was to improve the site's navigation and overall design, as the appointment conversion rate was not at the level the stakeholder desired. Additionally, the site lacked a 'mobile-first' focus, despite most visits coming from mobile devices.

Design process

A Discovery process and a site audit were conducted to identify user pain points and existing inconsistencies. The business model and current user purchasing behavior were analyzed. The analysis revealed various inconsistencies, along with navigation issues and how information about treatments was presented to users.

New components + style

The components were replaced with elements more aligned with the brand's image, as they also aimed to appeal to a higher-end target audience, allowing them to charge more for their services and increase the average sales ticket.

Responsive Design

The site was redesigned with a 'mobile-first' approach to enhance the browsing and purchasing experience, as a significant portion of traffic came from ads redirecting users to the website via mobile devices.

Result

The result was an improved interface, offering a significantly better mobile experience—intuitive and easy to navigate. Appointment bookings increased while using the same campaign format, and the audience perceived the company's services as being of much higher value.
